Most of our units are not climate-controlled. We do have a small handful of units at the property that offer mini-splits for heating and cooling.

How long do I have to rent for? What is the minimum stay/rental at BuxBear Storage Richland?
All of our units are available for rent on a month-to-month basis. Occasionally we offer discounts to our clients committing to a longer rental period.

Yes, the tri-cities area is very dusty and as a precaution we suggest that all belongings be covered in plastic.
