The security features we offer are keypad entry, 6 ft fenced facility with barbed wire across the top, we have outdoor fluorescent lighting and run a 24 camera system which backs up to a DVR saving months of security footage. On top of those features we also do daily lock checks and only sell the highest quality all steel disc locks.

Does BuxBear Storage Hayden provide storage unit locks? What about boxes or other supplies?

You can find locks, moving boxes, tapes and other moving supplies in our office.

Are there drive-up units? Do you have units with interior entrances?

We have drive-up and interior units.

Do the units have electricity?

We do not currently provide electricity inside our units.

Are the units climate-controlled?

Yes, we offer climate-controlled units.

Do you have storage for my RV, Boat, or Car?

Our Facility currently does not offer boat and Rv storage however we can accommodate a personal vehicle.

How long do I have to rent for? What is the minimum stay/rental at BuxBear Storage Hayden?

All of our units are available for rent on a month-to-month basis. One month would be the shortest term you could rent for. Occasionally we offer discounts to our clients committing to a longer rental period.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! We offer discounted rates to Seniors, Military Veterans, and First Responders. We are also currently running a “50% off second month” promotion on selected units.

Can I look at the inside of the unit, to get a visual before renting it online?

Absolutely! We would be happy to show you the size you are interested in, to make sure it fits your needs.

How can I pay my bill? What form of payments do you accept?

We accept all forms of payment. We take payments in our office , by mail and over the phone. You can also pay using your buxbear account online. To avoid late fees we recommend signing up for autobill then there is no need to hassle with remembering.

Can a semi truck access your facility?

You can easily get a 26ft moving truck in and out of our facility. However, we currently are only able to accommodate a semi truck to a few units. Please call for details.

Do you offer garbage services or have an onsite dumpster?

No, this is a pack in pack out facility.
